Real estate agency portal with a system to run the whole office
Together with the client, we planned to create a modern web portal for a large-scale real estate agency with tools to enhance the everyday work of the company’s agents.
Automation of everyday activities has brought the agents more time to work directly with clien ts and has created tools for providing better services to specific clients.
Websites are no longer the sole domain of desktops and large screens.
The interface is designed for full control on both small mobile phone displays and in full large-screen resolution. User experience is guaranteed.
Internal system for real estate agents
Each agent has a reliable tool for his/her daily activities. Access to data is ensured by a user hierarchy that mirrors the real structure of the company.
The users only have access to what they are entitled to according to their position in the company. The system maintains a comprehensive database of clients, cases and connected events.
Interconnecting offers and enquiries
The Chirš system has an internal logic which identifies and connects individual cases.
A robot automatically searches for and compares individual criteria in the large database of cases and, using its own algorithm, finds and processes appropriate counterparts for offers and enquiries.
Communication with clients
E-mail is not the only effective way to communicate with customers – you can also send text messages directly from the Chirs.cz portal.
Clients are immediately and automatically informed about new offers and possibilities wherever they are.
The map application, in combination with geodetic data, provides a powerful tool for searching for and processing data.
Visualisation of a location on the map makes orientation easier and gives the user a simple evaluation of results in connection with the overall situation of the position.
Automation of the agents’ everyday activities has created the opportunity for more direct communication with parties interested in properties. Sellers are automatically informed about past activities of their agent, and branch managers have direct control over the activities of their agents.
Thanks to the automatic linking of offers and enquiries, agents can inform interested parties faster and more effectively about the real estate currently on offer. This in turn streamlines the sales process.
Administration and Maintenance
We have a great sense of responsibility for the work we create, and simply launching a project doesn’t mean our work is over. Long-term cooperation between the developers and the client is a prerequisite for overall success.
The project has been undergoing substantial and continuous development since its launch. We add new features, improve the user interface, measure the efficiency of individual adjustments, and monitor user behaviour. By doing so, we help boost the website’s success and transform its visitors into clients of the real estate agency.
We are also in charge of the graphic design of the project and we ensure smooth operation thanks to our own server infrastructure.
