- Usually not. We make smaller changes while the app stays live. When more is rewritten, the new version runs alongside the old one and takes over at an agreed time – the downtime is short and planned.

We sanitise input from forms and URLs, protect sign-in against password guessing and upgrade libraries to maintained versions.
Logic in one place
You change a price, rule or calculation once and it applies everywhere.
The model decides prompt by prompt, so the same logic tends to end up in several places. We bring it together and cover critical paths with tests, so a change shows up where it should and nowhere else.
Structure that follows the product
We align the data model and code with what the app does, not with the order of the prompts.
Each new feature is then easier to add than the last – even if a model writes it again.
