Anyone selling a property without an estate agent wants to show it to as many people as possible. Posting the listing on several portals by hand, however, takes time, costs money, and enquiries then arrive from different places. For our long-standing client Bezrealitky we therefore developed the Komplet package, which takes care of this for the owner.
How it works
- One order, more portals: Three days after it is published on Bezrealitky, the listing automatically appears on partner portals such as Reality iDNES, RealityMIX, České reality or Reality Sousedé. It also reaches other regional and district real estate websites.
- Enquiries in one place: When an interested party responds to the listing on a partner portal, their enquiry is automatically transferred to the Bezrealitky messaging platform. The owner handles all enquiries directly and in one place, wherever they came from.
- Statistics from all websites: Every day the system downloads view counts from the partner portals and adds them to the listing statistics. The owner can see how the listing is doing.
- Status overview: As soon as the listing is published on the partner portals, the owner receives an email and a notification in their account.
New price list: Základ and Komplet
Together with the export, we reworked the paid listing offer. The price list now has two packages:
- Základ for listing on Bezrealitky.
- Komplet, which besides listing on partner portals includes a highlighted listing, a one-off bump to the top, the messaging platform and a viewing calendar. Komplet for rentals also offers a check that the tenant has no debts and an online lease agreement.
For Komplet, the price list also shows how much the owner would pay to arrange the listings on the other portals themselves, so the saving is visible at a glance.
Also available for existing listings
Owners who were already advertising before the launch did not miss out. The system sends them a notification offering to switch on the export, which they then activate with one click in their account.
What had to be solved
Behind the simple button is a two-way connection to the Realman export system:
- sending and deleting listings, including photos,
- receiving enquiries from interested parties via an API,
- daily download of statistics,
- emails and notifications for owners and interested parties,
- export management in the Bezrealitky administration.
