Developers have dozens of units in a project and manage their offer in their own real estate software, so entering everything by hand is out of the question for them.
An entire project via API
Since December 2025, a developer can create, list and delete a project and assign its manager through the Realman export system. Units are sent as listings assigned to the project, and enquiries from interested parties are pulled into the developer's software through the same API. One project is one presentation, however many units it has.

In April 2026 Bezrealitky added a page with advertising options, a PDF presentation and an enquiry form.
