New Features on the GrainTerminal.cz Agricultural Crop Marketplace
We have prepared several new features for users of the online agricultural crop marketplace that make it easier for them to close deals.
For farmers and traders using the grainterminal.cz platform, we have prepared several new features that can help them close deals.
First of all, when creating a trade proposal, they can now choose whether they propose to close the deal under FCA or CPT terms. Depending on that, they can specify which warehouse the goods will be shipped from or which address they should be shipped to. Users can now also choose their own terms and conditions for the deal and their preferred payment term for the issued invoices.
The entire negotiation process is interactive, and the counterparty can adjust individual parameters of the proposal to suit their needs, including the requested price for the commodity.
Once both parties agree, the resulting deal is confirmed in a new confirmation document, which is binding for both parties and contains all agreed parameters of the deal.
