The year 2023 at Bezrealitky did not bring one big change but a series of smaller steps. They mostly concerned posting a listing, property prices and searching.
The listing and its price
Since March, owners can add a video to their listing. In September came the AI description, which is generated from the details entered; the owner can edit it and add an English version. The same month saw the launch of My Estimates: anyone with a Bezrealitky account can follow the estimated value of their property there for free, and for flats the estimated rent as well, even without a listing. Bezrealitky write about both services on their blog, about the AI description and about My Estimates.
Search and trust
Interested parties found similar offers in the listings and a filter by the date from which a property is available, and they can now name their saved-search alerts. June brought a new debt-free check that they arrange directly on the portal, and since September the portal advises them, while they write to the owner, how to improve their chances of getting the rental.
Payments and operations
We adapted orders to the new Czech consumer law on order buttons, added a QR code for bank transfer payments, moved the blog to a new website and connected more large advertisers. We also kept fine-tuning search and listings, all while the portal was running.
