The most visible change of 2025 was opening Bezrealitky to offers from abroad, but development also continued on arranging viewings and on listing reach.
Offers from abroad
Since April the portal shows offers from the partner Ohne-Makler in Germany, and since May from Austria as well. They are searched just like at home, on the map, by location and price, and AI translates the descriptions into Czech, Slovak and English.
From the first message to the viewing
Since January, owners can offer one time slot to up to five interested parties, and for rentals both sides are guided to an agreed viewing by system messages with buttons. In the summer it became possible to offer a lower rent, not just a higher one, and interested parties can fill in their photo, details and short profile even without a Premium profile.
Export, filters and contracts
We fine-tuned the export to portals so that replies reach the owner: anyone who responds to an exported listing without an account gets an SMS and a reminder e-mail. Interested parties can also switch off short-term rentals in the filter, and the lease agreement form can be filled in over several sessions.
Tools for the team and partners
The Bezrealitky team uploads its terms and conditions and other documents in the administration on its own. Since December, developers can manage entire projects through the partner API. Behind the scenes we moved to a newer version of the language and optimised loading, all while the portal was running.
The iD-SIGN team has been developing the Bezrealitky portal since 2007. You can read more about the collaboration in the reference.
