Bezrealitky partnered with the German platform Ohne-Makler and planned to enter Germany and Austria in spring 2025. The partner offers were only in German, though, so Czech and Slovak interested parties could not find them.
Foreign offers in search
The partner offers are downloaded once a day and their parameters are converted into the form Bezrealitky works with. Germany and Austria are part of the search just like the Czech Republic, so people search on the map, by location and price. The price is shown in euros as the seller stated it and is converted at the exchange rate for the filter, so the offers can be searched together with Czech ones. Services that only apply in the Czech Republic, such as a mortgage or a property check, are not shown for foreign offers.
Translating descriptions with AI
The description of a new listing is translated into Czech, Slovak and English, and the listing carries the label “Translated with AI”. Translation only happens at the first import, so repeated translations are not paid for.

Germany came in April, Austria six weeks later with the same solution.
