The owner of a sought-after flat receives dozens of replies and needs to find their way through them and quickly agree with the chosen ones. A large part of development in 2024 therefore revolved around communication between owners and interested parties.
From the first message to the viewing
January brought a new message inbox with filters, labels, notes and bulk actions. In March, interested parties could introduce themselves in a short profile, and April added ranking that shows the owner of a rental the most reliable ones at the top. An unverified interested party does not get ahead of a verified one even with a higher offer, which can be added to the first message since April and later in the conversation since December. April also brought a new viewing calendar: the owner lists time slots, the interested party picks one and, since June, can also propose their own.
Listing reach
In October we launched export in the Komplet package, so a single payment puts the listing on Bezrealitky and on other real estate portals, and replies arrive in one place. The details are in a separate news item. Back in March we simplified posting a listing: fewer steps, a preview, a price estimate right when entering the price and a one-click English translation of the description.
Search and insurance
Interested parties got new filtering with the main filters right next to the results, rental search including fees and browsing photos directly on the listing card. A list of favourite listings can be sent to someone without an account. October added liability insurance that tenants take out directly on Bezrealitky with Česká podnikatelská pojišťovna for CZK 66.60 a month, as Bezrealitky write on their blog.
Tools for the team and partners
In the administration, the Bezrealitky team edits more than 70 automatic e-mails for users, SMS viewing reminders and AI prompts on its own, without waiting for development. The partner API gained 360° tours, land imports and extended documentation.
