The website of the Plzeň Region Employment Pact, a platform of companies, schools and institutions, and the Poradce v PK portal for career counsellors and teachers. We have worked for the regional development agency since 2018. We built and look after the Pact website and created Poradce v PK, which we keep developing.

Two websites for the regional job market
The Pact website connects companies, schools and institutions; Poradce v PK gives teachers career material.
The Employment Pact is a platform where companies, schools and institutions in the Plzeň Region tackle employment, the labour market and education together. We built its website in 2018 and have looked after it ever since. In 2026 we modernised it: it moved to PHP 8.4 and gained a partner directory filtered by sector and district, social media previews and a new mobile menu.
For the same client we built the Poradce v PK portal in 2019. Career counsellors and teachers find methodologies, data on education and the labour market, activities for career choice lessons, tests for pupils and tips on school–business cooperation. Content is split into three sections by what the visitor is looking for, and we keep developing the portal.
In 2018 we also built a private zone for the Pact's partners, where everyone saw what matched their role in the Pact: charts and summary tables from the regional observatory, which the administrator uploaded from CSV files without a programmer's help, documents and a discussion forum.

One article, every right place
The client fills Poradce v PK with content on their own. An editor writes an article in the administration, attaches files and tags place it in sections. The website then shows it wherever it belongs – among the news, in its category and next to related articles – and counsellors can also find it by search.

Partner directory
Over 140 companies, schools and institutions with sectors and districts. Every combination of filters has its own address, so search engines find it too.

Modernising the Pact website
We moved the website, running since 2018, to PHP 8.4 and added previews for sharing on social media and a new mobile menu.

The Poradce v PK portal
A methodology website for career counsellors and teachers. Content sits in three colour-coded sections by what the visitor needs: support for themselves, ideas for pupils, or school–business cooperation.

Administration for editors
The client manages articles, tags, homepage tiles and website texts on their own. A logged-in editor gets an edit link right on the article page.

Search and tags
Search covers article titles and texts, tag listings sort content into categories, and every article offers related articles.

Partner zone
For the Pact's partners we built a private zone with role-based access: observatory charts uploaded from CSV tables, documents and a discussion forum.
How the project runs today
Two websites, one partner
We have worked with the Regional Development Agency of the Plzeň Region since 2018. We keep the Pact website running and make changes to it; Poradce v PK runs on our server.
Driven by what is needed
We change the websites as the client's needs evolve. The Pact website gained a partner directory and a new mobile menu; we keep developing Poradce v PK and the editors regularly add new content.
