The website of a real estate agency specialising in co-ownership shares in property. We built it from the ground up, including search by share size, a map of offers and a connection to Realman, from which listings reach the website on their own. We have been looking after it since 2023.

A share instead of a whole property
With every offer, what matters is how big a part of the property you buy and who you will share it with.
Realitka na podíly sells and buys co-ownership shares in flats, houses, land, cottages and commercial property. For such an offer, type and price are not enough – buyers need to know how large a share they are buying and how many other owners the property has. The website therefore shows the share fraction and the number of owners, and lets visitors search by share size: minority, majority or the whole property.
Under the surface there are two separate applications. The Symfony backend holds the offers, locations and content and receives listings from Realman; the Next.js website builds pages from it that are prepared in advance and therefore load quickly.

From Realman straight onto the map
The agency's agents work in Realman and do not retype anything for the website. A saved listing arrives via an API, is translated into the language of shares, gets its location and photos, and the affected pages of the website are refreshed immediately. Realman receives the address of the finished detail page in return.

Search by share
Buyers choose a minority share, a majority share or the whole property – plus type, price and location, with sorting by share size or number of owners.

Map of offers
Offers on a Mapy.cz base map are grouped into clusters when zoomed out, and the list can be narrowed down to what is currently visible in the map view.

Connection to Realman
A listing is created, changed and withdrawn on the website automatically, following Realman. Every incoming listing is archived, so it can be imported again at any time.

Fast and up to date
Pages are prepared in advance, and after a change in the admin or in Realman only the affected ones are refreshed – the homepage, the listings page and the detail.

Enquiries with context
An enquiry from a property detail or a service page arrives together with what it concerns, and it has its own status in the admin, so none gets lost.

Content in the agency's hands
The agency edits services, team, timeline, references and information pages itself in an admin with a block editor, and adjusts a property's location right on the map.
How the project runs today
Watched by monitoring
The backend runs on our infrastructure, and monitoring reports errors in it and on the website – including a failed page refresh after a listing changes. A listing that did not go through can be loaded again from the archive.
The agency manages its own content
We built the website from the ground up at the turn of 2023 and 2024. The agency manages its content itself and listings come from Realman, so it needs us mainly for operation and technical changes.
