Most projects do not need a map. They need an answer to “where is it” and “how do I get there” – and we can give one even with incomplete data.
We put a customer's address in the right place on the map
Autocomplete on RÚIAN completes the address as you type, and we match an incomplete record from a third-party source using rules and similarity. We will not pass off borderline cases as fact – a person confirms them.
We build “nearby” and “in this area” search on your own boundaries
Cadastral areas, city districts, sales territories and catchment zones. Customers search in an area as they understand it, not as a third-party map service slices it.
We colour the map in your brand identity, with no third-party watermark
A base map on OpenStreetMap in your colours, with your own layers and labels. The tiles run on your side, so nobody sends you a bill based on the number of map queries.
We plan deliveries so drivers do not cross the city twice
Stop order, time windows, vehicle capacities and travel distances. The driver gets the finished route on their phone and in their navigation.

For us, geodata is not an add-on to a project. We run it for portals where location drives the business.
Our referencesOur RÚIAN and OpenStreetMap imports are not a script someone ran once at deployment – they have been running in production for years, and we know where Czech geodata breaks: an incomplete address from a listing, two streets with the same name in one city, a building without a building number, a cadastral area redrawn mid-year. That is why we tune matching on real data from listings, auctions and deliveries, not on a demo sample.
So we do not start by choosing a map library, but by asking what the map should answer. Geocoding, boundaries, routes and the base map then run on your server under your licence – Bezrealitky, Adol Monitor and Grain Terminal have had it that way for years, and nobody charges them for map queries.

Do we have to pay for commercial maps?
Usually not. We build our own base map and geocoding on OpenStreetMap and RÚIAN, so you do not depend on someone else's per-query pricing.
How accurate is address matching?
For Czech addresses on RÚIAN it is very accurate, including building and street numbers. With incomplete data we match using rules and similarity, and borderline cases are confirmed by a person.
Can you optimise delivery routes?
Yes, including time windows, vehicle capacities and stop order. The route can be sent to the driver's phone and navigation.
How often is the data updated?
We import RÚIAN and OpenStreetMap automatically as often as they publish new data – for RÚIAN that means monthly batches and daily increments, OSM updates continuously. The import runs by itself, so your base maps and addresses stay current with no intervention.
